Digital Products and Services
Since our digital services and products are intangible in nature and are provided immediately, we do not offer refunds or returns in most cases. This includes, but is not limited to, affiliations, documents, e-books, digital tools, training services, advisory services, consulting, conferences, business rounds, trade missions, marketing, graphic design, market research and/or analysis and outsourcing.
Exceptions to the Non-Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Delivery Errors: If a digital product was delivered incorrectly or does not correspond to the description provided, please contact us at info@coexcorporation.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a refund or replacement, as appropriate.
Technical problems: If you experience technical problems with our service or digital product, please notify us at info@coexcorporation.com within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate the problem and offer a solution, which may include a refund or replacement if the problem cannot be resolved.
Consulting and Training Services
For consulting, advisory or training services, please contact us at info@coexcorporation.com at least 48 hours before the start of the service if you need to cancel or reschedule. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance that have not generated previous coordination expenses, such as: purchase of tickets, reservation payments, among others.
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request and have reviewed it, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or denial of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and preferably applied to your original payment method within a reasonable amount of time (less than 30 days).
Late or Missing Reimbursements
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and email to make sure you have not missed any notifications. Then contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Sale Items and Promotions
Sale items and special promotions are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
