Enrique Millán is business administrator with a master's degree in international business administration and economics of the University Nova Southeastern in Florida, U.S.A. It has more than 25 years of experienceof which 15 have been focused on international trade.
He has worked in the the trade sector in Colombiawhere it was ANDI regional manager and participated in the creation of working groups for the negotiation of free trade agreements. He has also been a university professor and regional director at EAFIT University.
Between 2014 and 2022, it was director of Colombia's trade office in the U.S.The company is also helping to implement the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and supporting Colombian companies to expand in this market. Currently, it is international trade consultant and co-founder of Millán and Ayalaa consulting firm specializing in the internationalization of companies in Latin America and the USA.

Camilo Ayala is lawyer from Universidad Javeriana with a specialization in economic law and a master's degree in international economic law of the American University. His professional career spans more than 25 yearswith 15 dedicated to international trade.
He has worked in several organizations such as Bancóldex y ProColombiain addition to working in international negotiations and export promotion in embassies and commercial offices. Between 2018 and 2021, it was trade counselor of the Colombian trade office in the USA.The company is focused on facilitating the access of Colombian products and services to the U.S. market.
Currently, he is co-founder of Millán and Ayalawhere he provides consulting services to companies looking to expand in the U.S., with a focus on trade regulations, regulatory compliance and access to international markets.
